We are now looking for a customer-focused and development-oriented Deputy Store Manager for ÖoB Kungsholmen. You have previous experience in leadership and retail and want to continue developing in a dynamic environment.
As Deputy Store Manager, you are part of the store's management team and work closely with the Store Manager. The role is varied, and you have an important task in ensuring that the daily operations run smoothly. You contribute to creating order and structure, ensuring that the right things happen at the right time and in line with ÖoB's concept.
The role includes all common tasks in the store, such as cash handling, restocking, merchandising, and cleaning. You actively work to create a welcoming and inspiring environment in the store and always keep the customer's needs at the center.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with experience in a leadership role within retail, preferably as a Deputy Store Manager or Department Manager. You have a good understanding of sales and operations and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
To succeed in the role, we see that you:
- Have the ability to lead and motivate colleagues, create engagement, and build good relationships.
- Have a strong customer focus and can plan and prioritize when the pace is high.
- Communicate clearly and listen attentively and solve problems quickly when needed.
You are self-driven and responsible with a strong drive to achieve set goals and create results. You are flexible, stress-resistant, and service-oriented with a sense of order, structure, and the visual expression in the store. As a person, you enjoy collaborating and inspiring others, and you actively contribute to a positive work environment with engagement and focus on the customer.
Experience from a leadership position in retail/grocery as well as experience from large-scale operations is an advantage, but great emphasis will also be placed on your personal qualities.
The position is permanent part-time, 30 hours/week with a start date of 4/3 2026 or by agreement.
Working hours are varied and include evenings and weekends.
A 6-month probationary period applies.
